Li Rui, male, 1984 born in Shanxi Province, China. A recent graduate of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Li Rui’s work is part of the next generation of Chinese realist painters. Li Rui has become one of the leading and most intriguing young exponents of the new realism in China. He used to attend Basel—Miami Art Fair, Palm Beach International Art Fair and Asian Contemporary Art Fair in America. And he used to have more than 15 exhibitions in America, France and China. He choose bones of birds and egg-shells as his subject matter，by depicting animal’s body, what he want to represent is not fear, bloody and cruel, but the quiet metaphor-thinking, so that in the face of life we could been a spectator. Many collectors love his paintings.
